ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate, Client Solutions will support the Pre- and Post-Sale process end-to-end for brand partnership accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and run key client relationships. The perfect candidate will have an expertise in account management, media planning and measurement to our brand partners. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the various internal teams to develop and execute culturally relevant creative concepts, retain client relationships, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients. Responsibilities
  1. Campaign management of branded content programs ensuring flawless transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  2. Convert production materials like schedules, creative treatments into client facing communication.
  3. Provide campaign management support tracking social media posts and updating social media analytics reports.
  4. On set support to assist production with logistics and also keep clients comfortable.
  5. Assist in creation of client RFP response materials which includes ideation of marketing briefs, presentation development and pricing details.
  6. Align with internal teams to generate post campaign wrap up reports that will be distributed to clients at the completion of the campaign.
  7. Customize sales presentations with Account Directors in preparation for client meetings

Qualification Necessary
  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing or account management

  3. Participate in RFP brainstorms, offering creative ideas and approaches towards client requests and needs

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
  1. Create a recruitment function from the ground up: including implementing an ATS, and building processes for a best-in-class candidate experience, reflective of our empowering and inclusive culture.
  2. Recruit for key positions in the company.
  3. Build and develop internal and external talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  4. Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and recruiting vendors

Qualification Necessary

ROLE OVERVIEW
The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented Producer to join our consulting team at Robot. The Producer will specialize in events and act as a key liaison between The Robot Company, client team and external partners in driving project deliverables, developing ideas and solutions, as well as providing superior client project management and executional support. Responsibilities
  1. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the clients’ business, needs, and requirements.
  2. Lead workflow and communications between external partners and agencies; attend weekly status meetings and participate in both virtual and onsite meetings in New York – as well “on-the-ground” in markets as needed.
  3. Create and optimize interagency process and workflow tools to ensure the entire integrated team is clear on goals, objectives and timing.
  4. Collaborate with internal team and agency partners to contribute to the overall activation strategies which will include pre-heat, activation prep, activation and project reconciliation.
  5. Oversee the execution of program elements and creative, in conjunction with agency and specialty agency partners, including pre-heat/launch, events, retail and product, hospitality and talent management, film, partners and sponsors. Specific duties by program element are as follows:
  6. Events: Manage build and execution of key events from inception through final execution.
  7. Retail and Product: Align with the most premium designers and brands to create unique retail and product experiences to promote events accordingly, while adhering to any client/partner guidelines.
  8. Ensure all communications and partnerships operate optimally from a holistic communications standpoint.
  9. Manage full budget across project lifespan to ensure we remain within the allocated project total.
  10. Manage post-activation wrap up including invoicing and providing recap and recommendations for future programs.
Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  2. 6+ years of production experience, particularly in event management
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception through execution while adhering to strict deadlines
  4. Ability to strategically structure and drive a project to ensure the team meets Client expectations and gets to the highest level of work
  5. Experience managing and driving Clients and/or brand relationships

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Creative Director (Copy) / Lead Writer is a creative beacon for The SpringHill Company leading development of insights-driven original ideas and concepts for our owned brands: Uninterrupted and SpringHill, and that of our brand partners. This role is a creative leader who has experience managing writing teams and developing short-form, long-form, and episodic content.
The ideal candidate has a passion for sports and lifestyle culture, has a demonstrated ability to concept and execute on-brand and on-brief, and possesses the unique talent to translate their ideas into original brand messaging, copy, or content scripts. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of work that demonstrates a diversity of project types from marketing communication to branded content to entertainment content. They will also be an experienced and engaged manager, capable of building and leading a creative writing team that sets an expectation for excellence and collaboration.
The CD role sits within the Creative team reports to the Chief Creative Officer, and works closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Writers, Art Directors, Designers and Project Managers. The Creative team, also known as the Department of Abnormal Results, is a mix of highly talented, creative individuals from brand, sports, entertainment, fashion, and design.
In this creative leadership role, the CD will have the opportunity to deeply impact and drive our storytelling. The CD role is a source of inspiration that is relied upon for creative thinking, strategic problem solving, and mentorship to the project team working with them.   4. Lead development of presentation materials throughout the content development or campaign lifecycle
  5. Manage a team of writers and ensure their projects are on-brand, and on-track
  6. Balance multiple in-house and external client projects, with tight deadlines and often a high volume of work
  7. Elevate overall work quality by setting increasingly high standards and articulating ambitious creative opportunities
  8. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients, becoming an expert on our brands, and our brand partners’ culture, products, preferences, and expectations
  9. Provide recommendations on artists, directors, editors and other creative collaborators as needed for content and campaign projects

The Springhill Company is looking for a Media Manager to join our growing Post Production team. As a Media Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing our media lifecycle from start to finish, making sure that our content and all assets associated with it are properly backed up, indexed, and archived.
Success for this position will be measured by your attention to detail, technical expertise, and organizational skills. You will ensure that all raw media and deliverables are ingested and backed up for our editorial team, and archived for long term preservation and recovery.
Our ideal candidate is highly tech literate, with experience applicable to both IT and Post Production workflows.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for ingesting digital assets, metadata tagging, and organizing assets in our MAM.
  2. Assist editorial team with ingest and delivery.
  3. I/O of files via Aspera, MediaShuttle, Frame.io, and other media sharing platforms.
  4. Fulfill asset requests to our internal staff and editorial team.
  5. Ensure that all media safely and securely changes hands between our in-house post team and third party vendors.
  6. Manage and maintain metadata standards relevant to digital assets within our MAM and content library.
  7. Archival of final media, leveraging LTO and Cloud technologies to diversify our backups.
  8. Catalog and disseminate hard drives as needed.
  9. Archival / retrieval of materials at on-prem and at our off-site storage facility.
  10. Adapt and self-educate as new in-house tools and technologies are integrated into our workflows.
  11. Actively participate in workflow/process development within a growing team of Post Production experts.
Basic Qualification
  1. 5+ years of experience that’s inclusive of (but not limited to) information technology, systems management, physical & digital asset management, data entry, I/O coordination, in a technical or post production environment.
  2. Mac and PC proficiency.
  3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, AVID Media Composer, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of common video file formats.
  4. Excellent organization and time management; possesses an ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively & efficiently with tight deadlines.
  5. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to use good judgment when performing high-risks tasks.
Preferred Qualification
  1. Experience in Media and Entertainment or Broadcast industries.
  2. Experience with MAM or DAM applications.
  3. Prior experience in production or post production processes and facilities.

The Senior Art Director will be responsible for developing and executing original content and campaign concepts for our internal brands and brand partners. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our team of Creative Directors, Strategist, Designers, and Writers to concept, design and execute culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with our creative vision. Success in this role requires a culturally connected visionary capable of bringing life to creative concepts, excels in graphic design, and has excellent time management skills.   1. Lead the development of original creative concepts that are grounded in cultural insights and research
  2. Direct the vision, look, and tone for content and campaigns for The SpringHill Company brands, and our brand partners.

PRODUCTION ACCOUNTANT (PRE-PRODUCTION), THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Accountant will be a key strategic partner with the cross functional teams in the creation of executable production plans and show budgets that represent the creative vision of the projects. They will be instrumental in estimating final costs, evaluating risks and opportunities and optimizing production entity structure to best monetize production incentives and minimize financial and legal risk.
Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the cross functional teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
  2. Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both Producers and cross functional teams during the life cycle of a film.
  3. Ascertain and solve budgeting and staffing issues.
  4. Collaborate with Producers to quickly estimate and evaluate production health against milestones and data metrics.
  5. Create budgets and summaries that provide metrics and data that can be shared broadly to ensure cross functional alignment and well-informed decision making.
  6. Adapt to changing scenarios, anticipate problems and recommend solutions to Producers.
  7. Provide accurate, detailed and timely cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
  8. Comply with all policies and procedures for POs, invoices, checks and time card approvals.
  9. Direct Assistant Production Accountant on all aspects of their job to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely processing of all payments.

Qualification Necessary
  1. 5+ years of Production accounting experience required.
  2. Proficiency with Excel required. Experience with Vista preferred.
  3. Business or Accounting degree preferred.
  4. Animation experience preferred but not required.
  5. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  6. Must be able to create and revise reports on a PC using Excel software
