ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director, Marketing Strategy, UNINTERRUPTED will drive all brand awareness and consumer engagement efforts for the UNINTERRUPTED brand by creating and concepting highly innovative digital content marketing programs and creative solutions, via athlete and sports culture. As a hybrid strategist and digital content marketer, you have a keen understanding of our audiences. Responsibilities
  1. Lead and create impactful 360 go-to-market strategies and activation plans, inclusive of high-level tactics and creative ideas, that define how and where we will connect with our consumers while reinforcing our brand positioning in the marketplace.
  2. Push the boundaries of our brand(s) in culture by unlocking white spaces and investigating potential business paths (i.e. media placements, recommendations and partnerships) that can amplify TSHC creative solutions to engage our audience.
  3. Leverage the marketing strategies, and your resulting ideas, as the launching off point for creative and cross-functional briefs that you will deliver to the team to enhance your existing plans.
  4. Manage the overall creative development process by inspiring and unlocking big ideas that ensure constant connectivity to our brand and audiences.
  5. Partner with the content and social teams to align on unique content angles and rollout strategies that bolster conversation and support audience growth.
  6. Drive the overall execution of the marketing strategy, digital experiences and consumer brand activations, working closely with cross-functional experts (i.e,. Creative, Production) to manage deliverables and maximize brand impact.
  7. Partner closely with the Marketing and Creative Operations team to develop processes, identify resources, budget, timelines as well as to steer the creative development and execution of integrated GTM solutions with internal and external partners.
  8. Support the development of the annual brand marketing calendar and storytelling moments through internal insight and external audience passions that align with and result in continued brand growth opportunities.
Qualification Necessary
  1. 8-10 years of relevant experience within a marketing firm, creative agency or brand side.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated success of independently building brand marketing strategies from the ground up.
  4. Proven ability to grow and develop an audience.
  5. Solid track record in brand management, content, product, grassroots and experiential marketing.
  6. Goal-oriented, strategic and creative thinker with a hands-on approach to driving and obtaining results.
  7. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Franchise Director(THE SHOP), THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Director to join our growing Franchise Development team. The individual who takes on this role will be exclusively responsible for driving the continued expansion of the Sports Emmy Award winning franchise, UNINTERRUPTED’s The Shop. As the gatekeeper of the franchise, the Director will drive the overall franchise strategy and roadmap, marketing briefs and initiatives, brand and high-value licensing partnerships tapping into the cross-functional team to execute against all plans. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be a visionary, capable of bringing big ideas to propel the franchise forward, with strong brand management and licensing experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage, execute and continually evaluate The Shop franchise strategy to ensure year over year growth and expansion of the brand into categories including, but not limited to, fashion and apparel, home goods, retail, experiences, gaming etc.
  2. Drive the development, strategy and execution of The Shop grooming line with development, manufacturing and retail partners.
  3. Partner with the Commerce team to cultivate authentic and merchandisable brand extensions.
  4. Ensure long-term success by collaborating with Business and Studio teams to develop new content IP extensions, and strategic solutions to monetize applicable opportunities, according to the overarching franchise playbook.
  5. Build and execute relationships with culture-forward licensing partnerships guiding the strategic vision inclusive of the creative approach, positioning, go-to-market planning and analyses of all programs.
  6. Partner with the VP, Franchise Development to ensure the financial performance of licensing partnerships are achieved through continuous analyzing and troubleshooting against KPIs and P&Ls.
  7. Serve as the marketing lead for all Shop programs and collaborate with all departments within TSHC including Marketing, Commerce, Studio, Brand Partnerships, Creative, and key Operations leads to execute against all plans.

The Associate, Client Solutions will support the Pre- and Post-Sale process end-to-end for brand partnership accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and run key client relationships.   1. Campaign management of branded content programs ensuring flawless transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  2. Convert production materials like schedules, creative treatments into client facing communication.
  3. Provide campaign management support tracking social media posts and updating social media analytics reports.
  4. On set support to assist production with logistics and also keep clients comfortable.

This role will be responsible for recruitment and selection for roles of all levels and will act as an advisor to leadership on talent acquisition best practices and execution against talent acquisition elements. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
  1. Create a recruitment function from the ground up: including implementing an ATS, and building processes for a best-in-class candidate experience, reflective of our empowering and inclusive culture.
  2. Recruit for key positions in the company.
  3. Build and develop internal and external talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  4. Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and recruiting vendors

The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented Producer to join our consulting team at Robot. The Producer will specialize in events and act as a key liaison between The Robot Company, client team and external partners in driving project deliverables, developing ideas and solutions, as well as providing superior client project management and executional support. The Producer will be focused on two separate clients with a wide variety of expected events, with the opportunity to support additional client events on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the clients’ business, needs, and requirements.
  2. Lead workflow and communications between external partners and agencies; attend weekly status meetings and participate in both virtual and onsite meetings in New York – as well “on-the-ground” in markets as needed.
  3. Create and optimize interagency process and workflow tools to ensure the entire integrated team is clear on goals, objectives and timing.
  4. Collaborate with internal team and agency partners to contribute to the overall activation strategies which will include pre-heat, activation prep, activation and project reconciliation.
  5. Oversee the execution of program elements and creative, in conjunction with agency and specialty agency partners, including pre-heat/launch, events, retail and product, hospitality and talent management, film, partners and sponsors. Specific duties by program element are as follows:
  6. Events: Manage build and execution of key events from inception through final execution.
  7. Retail and Product: Align with the most premium designers and brands to create unique retail and product experiences to promote events accordingly, while adhering to any client/partner guidelines.
  8. Ensure all communications and partnerships operate optimally from a holistic communications standpoint.
  9. Manage full budget across project lifespan to ensure we remain within the allocated project total.
  10. Manage post-activation wrap up including invoicing and providing recap and recommendations for future programs.
Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  2. 6+ years of production experience, particularly in event management
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception through execution while adhering to strict deadlines

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Creative Director (Copy) / Lead Writer is a creative beacon for The SpringHill Company leading development of insights-driven original ideas and concepts for our owned brands: Uninterrupted and SpringHill, and that of our brand partners. This role is a creative leader who has experience managing writing teams and developing short-form, long-form, and episodic content.
The ideal candidate has a passion for sports and lifestyle culture, has a demonstrated ability to concept and execute on-brand and on-brief, and possesses the unique talent to translate their ideas into original brand messaging, copy, or content scripts. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of work that demonstrates a diversity of project types from marketing communication to branded content to entertainment content. They will also be an experienced and engaged manager, capable of building and leading a creative writing team that sets an expectation for excellence and collaboration.
The CD role sits within the Creative team reports to the Chief Creative Officer, and works closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Writers, Art Directors, Designers and Project Managers. The Creative team, also known as the Department of Abnormal Results, is a mix of highly talented, creative individuals from brand, sports, entertainment, fashion, and design.
In this creative leadership role, the CD will have the opportunity to deeply impact and drive our storytelling. The CD role is a source of inspiration that is relied upon for creative thinking, strategic problem solving, and mentorship to the project team working with them. Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of insights-driven creative concepts, content, and storytelling for TSHC brands and partner campaigns
  2. Lead the Creative project team to develop and execute audience-specific content
  3. Lead and manage the creation of brand messaging, copy, and content for scripted and unscripted short-form, long-form, and episodic content
  4. Lead development of presentation materials throughout the content development or campaign lifecycle
  5. Manage a team of writers and ensure their projects are on-brand, and on-track
  6. Balance multiple in-house and external client projects, with tight deadlines and often a high volume of work
  7. Elevate overall work quality by setting increasingly high standards and articulating ambitious creative opportunities
  8. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients, becoming an expert on our brands, and our brand partners’ culture, products, preferences, and expectations
  9. Provide recommendations on artists, directors, editors and other creative collaborators as needed for content and campaign projects

Qualification Necessary
  1. 10+ years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or entertainment
  2. 3+ years of experience directly managing individuals or teams
  3. Must have an extensive portfolio of creative work that addresses complex storytelling challenges across entertainment, and marketing/advertising content
  4. Must have a deep understanding and pulse on culture, particularly sports and lifestyle culture
  5. Deep experience with and comfortable leading client presentations and meetings

The Springhill Company is looking for a Media Manager to join our growing Post Production team. As a Media Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing our media lifecycle from start to finish, making sure that our content and all assets associated with it are properly backed up, indexed, and archived.
Success for this position will be measured by your attention to detail, technical expertise, and organizational skills. You will ensure that all raw media and deliverables are ingested and backed up for our editorial team, and archived for long term preservation and recovery.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for ingesting digital assets, metadata tagging, and organizing assets in our MAM.
  2. Assist editorial team with ingest and delivery.
  3. I/O of files via Aspera, MediaShuttle, Frame.io, and other media sharing platforms.
  4. Fulfill asset requests to our internal staff and editorial team.
  5. Ensure that all media safely and securely changes hands between our in-house post team and third party vendors.
  6. Manage and maintain metadata standards relevant to digital assets within our MAM and content library.
  7. Archival of final media, leveraging LTO and Cloud technologies to diversify our backups.
  8. Catalog and disseminate hard drives as needed.
  9. Archival / retrieval of materials at on-prem and at our off-site storage facility.
  10. Adapt and self-educate as new in-house tools and technologies are integrated into our workflows.

Basic Qualification
  1. 5+ years of experience that’s inclusive of (but not limited to) information technology, systems management, physical & digital asset management, data entry, I/O coordination, in a technical or post production environment.
  2. Mac and PC proficiency.
  3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, AVID Media Composer, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of common video file formats.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Accountant will be a key strategic partner with the cross functional teams in the creation of executable production plans and show budgets that represent the creative vision of the projects. They will be instrumental in estimating final costs, evaluating risks and opportunities and optimizing production entity structure to best monetize production incentives and minimize financial and legal risk.
Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the cross functional teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
  2. Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both Producers and cross functional teams during the life cycle of a film.
  3. Ascertain and solve budgeting and staffing issues.
  4. Collaborate with Producers to quickly estimate and evaluate production health against milestones and data metrics.
  5. Create budgets and summaries that provide metrics and data that can be shared broadly to ensure cross functional alignment and well-informed decision making.
  6. Adapt to changing scenarios, anticipate problems and recommend solutions to Producers.
  7. Provide accurate, detailed and timely cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
  8. Comply with all policies and procedures for POs, invoices, checks and time card approvals.
  9. Direct Assistant Production Accountant on all aspects of their job to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely processing of all payments.
