ECOMMERCE MANAGER (UNINTERRUPTED), THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Ecommerce Manager, UNINTERRUPTED will drive daily channel ecommerce tactics focused on driving online revenues, user acquisition, brand awareness, and consumer engagement across UNINTERRUPTED commerce properties.
As an ecommerce operator, you understand what drives consumers to buy, engage, and identify with shopping experiences, promoting deeper customer loyalty, retention and conversion. Your passion and ability to digest data and analytics to help inform user experience and channel tactical approaches keep you on the cutting edge of modern commerce. You are not afraid of failure, love bringing big ideas to the table, all while managing ecommerce growth across channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing select ecommerce platforms – including product creation, maintenance, CMS updates, product merchandising, core website functionalities, and theme updates
  2. Drive the overall execution of the ecommerce strategy and digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional experts for vision fruition
  3. Creating and analyzing weekly and monthly sales reports for internal stakeholders with insights that drive improved conversion, product performance, user experience
  4. Executing against the annual ecommerce & product calendars to drive website engagement and keeping brand moments at the forefront of our audiences
  5. Leading and managing 360 coordination efforts for online product launches across all channels and tactics for organic, paid, email, direct, social, referral, etc.
  6. Coordinating site improvements, platform updates, etc. with internal and external teams
  7. Monitoring and analyzing Google Analytics to implement audience and funnel development strategies
  8. Partnering with content, digital, and social teams to align on unique content angles and rollout strategies that bolster conversation, support audience growth and conversion across owned and paid channels.

Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years post-college experience working with website platforms like Magento, Demandware, Shopify, etc.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Suite
  4. Proficient with Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides
  5. 3-5 years experience with Google Analytics
  6. Knowledge of customer segmentation, channel optimization, A/B testing, customer journey, and traffic analysis
  7. Knowledge of merchandising best practices for visibility and sell-through velocity
  8. Knowledge of MAP programs for retail partners and reseller programs
  9. Understanding of ecomm platform integrations like CRMs, ESPs, ERPs and apps.
  10. Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention tactics

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and create impactful 360 go-to-market strategies and activation plans, inclusive of high-level tactics and creative ideas, that define how and where we will connect with our consumers while reinforcing our brand positioning in the marketplace.
  2. Push the boundaries of our brand(s) in culture by unlocking white spaces and investigating potential business paths (i.e. media placements, recommendations and partnerships) that can amplify TSHC creative solutions to engage our audience.
  3. Leverage the marketing strategies, and your resulting ideas, as the launching off point for creative and cross-functional briefs that you will deliver to the team to enhance your existing plans.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a growth strategy minded Email Marketing Manager to join our Commerce team. The individual in this role will be pivotal to leading and transforming The SpringHill Company’s overall email marketing strategy through editorial driven moments, B2C product campaigns and segmented product automation initiatives. The EMM will own the overall email marketing process from developing the initial strategy, to partnering with internal teams on content opportunities, and ultimately, executing and analyzing the success of implemented strategies.
This role is equal parts strategic, creative and analytical. The EMM must have a strong understanding of revenue generating ecommerce email practices, opt-in email marketing, funnel strategies, email team project management and processes. Success in this role is driven by the individual’s ability to both grow The SpringHill Company’s email revenue channel, as well as its subscriber base across its core brands - UNINTERRUPTED and SpringHill - and to transition these subscribers to loyal brand evangelists and customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop short & long-term tactical commerce strategies and automations focused on customer journeys through both email marketing and SMS marketing platforms to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
  2. Lead and create the overall branded email and SMS marketing strategies with a goal of generating, capturing, engaging, and converting leads.
  3. Support new Commerce & Marketing initiatives by providing thought leadership across email and SMS solutions to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  4. Set overall email and SMS campaign KPIs for all commerce and brand initiatives while monitoring and optimizing campaign and workflow performance to meet and exceed identified KPIs.
  5. Actively analyze and provide timely performance reporting against existing and new strategies (audience segments, demand and revenue driving solutions, test and learn experiments, etc.), leveraging data to inform recommendations and improve ROI.
  6. Communicate email & SMS creative needs to in-house creative teams from brief to launch.
  7. Recommend, strategize, execute and optimize campaign and workflow split-tests.
  8. Be a thought leader, challenging teams to think outside the box, find innovative solutions, and drive success.
  9. Develop customer and community engagement solutions to ensure the most optimal customer experience by providing accurate, helpful information and timely responses.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional experts (i.e,. Marketing, Franchise, Social, Creative) to leverage their expertise and insights to execute against all campaigns.
  11. Project manage all email and SMS campaigns, in partnership with the Commerce, Creative, & Digital Ops teams, to compile all assets, copy and deliverables in a timely manner.
  12. Partner with both Digital and Marketing Operations teams to manage and operationalize email marketing calendars as well as to implement and execute an internal monthly marketing newsletter in support of product launches and other team objectives.
  13. Generate and maintain an overall company email marketing best practices toolkit.
Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of email marketing, email operations and best practices, with a focus on e-commerce.
  3. Must have experience working with marketing automation tools and ESPs like Klayvio, Listrak, Salesforce, etc.

We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer, Commerce with a passion for product visuals and brand aesthetic with experience in digital, print, illustration, packaging, and apparel design for fashion, lifestyle, and CPG products to join our team. The individual in this role will drive our product marketing visual plans across The SpringHill Company’s consumer product and merchandising initiatives throughout the go-to-market process. Your ability to be visually objective while maintaining brand considerations drives you, but you also have the ability to adjust to various project needs when bringing ideas to life for elevated aesthetics.
You have extensive knowledge of graphic design, methodology, styles, and storytelling techniques as they apply to product marketing campaigns across ecommerce channels, from email, to digital ads, web banners, and social media content. Responsibilities

Qualification Necessary

The SpringHill Company is looking for a detail-oriented T&E Analyst to join our Finance Team. The T&E Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration of TSHC’s credit card and Travel & Expense (“T&E”) programs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, organization and multi-tasking skills. Adaptability to communicate with all levels within the business and attention to detail is critical for this role.
Responsibilities
  1. Review expense submissions for accuracy, overall reasonableness and consistency with company policy
  2. Correspond with all levels of employees, including leadership, to answer inquiries, clarify reimbursable expenses, and resolve system issues
  3. Monitor employee travel requests for pending approvals and non-compliant travel
  4. Manage the Corporate credit card platform (Ramp), including: adding users, issuance and cancellation of cards, limit changes, approvals and policy interpretation
  5. Assist with coding of expenses from Ramp to ensure accurate upload into Netsuite in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  6. Communicate with TSHC’s travel agent to resolve issues, as necessary
  7. Perform reconciliations for travel expenses and credit card liabilities.
  8. Support preparation of informative materials and provide T&E training to current and new employees
  9. Support the Finance team in designing and providing regular reporting/metrics on T&E internally within Finance and for other departments

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Accountant will be a key strategic partner with the cross functional teams in the creation of executable production plans and show budgets that represent the creative vision of the projects. They will be instrumental in estimating final costs, evaluating risks and opportunities and optimizing production entity structure to best monetize production incentives and minimize financial and legal risk.
Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the cross functional teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
  2. Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both Producers and cross functional teams during the life cycle of a film.
  3. Ascertain and solve budgeting and staffing issues.
  4. Collaborate with Producers to quickly estimate and evaluate production health against milestones and data metrics.
  5. Create budgets and summaries that provide metrics and data that can be shared broadly to ensure cross functional alignment and well-informed decision making.
  6. Adapt to changing scenarios, anticipate problems and recommend solutions to Producers.
  7. Provide accurate, detailed and timely cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
