- The Director, Marketing Strategy, UNINTERRUPTED will drive all brand awareness and consumer engagement efforts for the UNINTERRUPTED brand by creating and concepting highly innovative digital content marketing programs and creative solutions, via athlete and sports culture. - Lead and create impactful 360 go-to-market strategies and activation plans, inclusive of high-level tactics and creative ideas, that define how and where we will connect with our consumers while reinforcing our brand positioning in the marketplace.
- Push the boundaries of our brand(s) in culture by unlocking white spaces and investigating potential business paths (i.e. media placements, recommendations and partnerships) that can amplify TSHC creative solutions to engage our audience.
- Leverage the marketing strategies, and your resulting ideas, as the launching off point for creative and cross-functional briefs that you will deliver to the team to enhance your existing plans.

- ROLE OVERVIEW
- We are looking for a growth strategy minded Email Marketing Manager to join our Commerce team. The individual in this role will be pivotal to leading and transforming The SpringHill Company’s overall email marketing strategy through editorial driven moments, B2C product campaigns and segmented product automation initiatives. The EMM will own the overall email marketing process from developing the initial strategy, to partnering with internal teams on content opportunities, and ultimately, executing and analyzing the success of implemented strategies.
- This role is equal parts strategic, creative and analytical. The EMM must have a strong understanding of revenue generating ecommerce email practices, opt-in email marketing, funnel strategies, email team project management and processes. Success in this role is driven by the individual’s ability to both grow The SpringHill Company’s email revenue channel, as well as its subscriber base across its core brands - UNINTERRUPTED and SpringHill - and to transition these subscribers to loyal brand evangelists and customers.

- Develop short & long-term tactical commerce strategies and automations focused on customer journeys through both email marketing and SMS marketing platforms to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
- Lead and create the overall branded email and SMS marketing strategies with a goal of generating, capturing, engaging, and converting leads.
- Support new Commerce & Marketing initiatives by providing thought leadership across email and SMS solutions to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Set overall email and SMS campaign KPIs for all commerce and brand initiatives while monitoring and optimizing campaign and workflow performance to meet and exceed identified KPIs.

- We are looking for a Fashion Apparel Designer, Commerce with a passion for product design, with experience in fashion design, illustration, tech-pack creation, and sampling to join our team. The individual in this role will support the process of creating world-class designs, collections, and product experiences for The SpringHill Company. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert at storytelling through various forms of graphic creation for logo, sketch, vector art, and other manipulation methods across the entire design process for apparel and consumer goods development. You conceptualize from design brief well, and deliver alternate takes on visualization, gathering feedback, performing revisions, and producing production ready art files, packs, and BOMs for approved market leading designs to help drive the apparel business forward.
- You have extensive knowledge of apparel design, graphic design, methodology, styles, and storytelling techniques as they apply to product development and the creation of tangible goods. Color codes, pantone, and garment construction excites you, just as much as fit and drape, or how a shirt graphic composition encompasses the exact feeling sought after. - Work closely with the product and brand marketing teams to develop seasonal collections, collaborations, and capsules that elevate product and storytelling.
- Manage technical sketches with development team to create and maintain development tech-packs and BOMs.

- The SpringHill Company is seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and lead the creation of original, idea-first visual design work. The successful candidate is culturally involved, strategic minded, and can think both conceptually and visually. In this role, the candidate will support design concepting and create compelling on-brand graphics across a variety of mediums including digital, TV, print, and apparel. This role collaborates most closely with a team of Creative Directors, Designers, and Writers. The candidate will contribute to brainstorming and concepting, and create design execution across TSHC brand properties and partner brands. The ideal candidate has a natural sensibility for creative problem solving, and can work both independently and collaboratively. - Collaborate with Creative Director, Art Directors, and Senior Designers to create visual designs that are flexible and scalable across a variety of projects including: brand logos, guidelines, and toolkits; TV graphic packages; digital and social media content; print and packaging; merchandise; and presentations
- Contribute to brainstorm and concepting sessions for original Ensure brand guidelines and strict quality standards are consistent throughout all design work
- Research, prepare, and present ideas to creative team, internal stakeholders, and external brand partners
- Prepare design files for delivery, ensuring all deliverables are on time and carefully exported to output specifications
- Support project team in understanding opportunities and limitations in media limitations as it pertains to design
- Work dynamically with project team to identify design needs, inform timelines, and input on resourcing
- Enforce the integrity of the design process, and ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation and brand association
- Participate in team brainstorms and creative team pin-ups
- Help to grow the creative team by mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback
- Keep up with the latest cultural and industry trends and best practices in design
- Foster a positive relationship with the creative community
- Research, recommend and support team in outreach to creative partners and collaborators
- Qualification Necessary
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional visual design and graphic skills. A portfolio of recent design work is required for consideration
- Experience in digital and print design
- Ability to multitask and handle several creative projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking, creative problem solving, and excellent communication skills are a must
- Proactive, team player with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Can easily adapt to new challenges and think out of the box
- Must have experience working in a creative studio, or in the worlds of marketing, entertainment, music, art, fashion or sports industries
- Bachelor’s degree or art school degree
- Fluent in Adobe creative tools, Google Slides, and Keynote

- ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Production Accountant will be a key strategic partner with the cross functional teams in the creation of executable production plans and show budgets that represent the creative vision of the projects. They will be instrumental in estimating final costs, evaluating risks and opportunities and optimizing production entity structure to best monetize production incentives and minimize financial and legal risk.
- Responsibilities
- Partner with the cross functional teams to create and manage production schedules and budgets.
- Provide and present clear, accurate and timely production planning scenarios and analysis to both Producers and cross functional teams during the life cycle of a film.
- Ascertain and solve budgeting and staffing issues.
- Collaborate with Producers to quickly estimate and evaluate production health against milestones and data metrics.
- Create budgets and summaries that provide metrics and data that can be shared broadly to ensure cross functional alignment and well-informed decision making.
- Adapt to changing scenarios, anticipate problems and recommend solutions to Producers.
- Provide accurate, detailed and timely cost reports, cash flows and headcount forecasts.
- Comply with all policies and procedures for POs, invoices, checks and time card approvals.
- Direct Assistant Production Accountant on all aspects of their job to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely processing of all payments.
