Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  2. 10+ years in creative role within a marketing firm, creative agency or relevant consulting firm
  3. Brand Strategy backbone/experience/training required
  4. Experience in developing creative ideas connected to overall brand strategy and/or creative brief
  5. Exceptional written and verbal presentation, storytelling and design skills
  6. Must have excellent attention to detail and be thoughtful in approach to work and in presentation of work
  7. Strong technical and production knowledge
  8. Strong understanding and consumption of emerging digital mediachannels

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Creative Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Feature Film Department. This role will be responsible for collaboratingwith a range of departmentswithin the organizationto assist with consistently developing premium content. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Create and maintain strong agency relationshipsand a strong network of talentwith directors and writers
  2. Support the Head of Film various projects on the slate
  3. Ability to act as a liaison for the feature film department when relaying creative notes to writers, directors, and other executives on a variety of projects
  4. Build rapport and maintain relationships with production companiesand studiosin various key markets
  5. Solicit appropriate development projects and evaluate new submissions, providing detailed coverage and/or script notes as needed
  6. Identify and secure new talent for projects in development
  7. Ensure a consistent level of quality is achieved and maintained on all creative fronts
  8. Leverage existing relationships within entertainment industry and emerging digital distribution platforms to help distribution efforts
  9. Sources possible materials books, stories and scripts for consideration in future film projects
  10. Build, develop and implement long term strategies for film division to endure continued growth

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least 7 years of related experience within the film Industry with at least 3 at a Creative Executive level within Development
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. A strong understanding of both established and new trends within the feature film industry
  4. Consistently track both established and upcoming writers and directors in the feature space
  5. Must have proficient knowledge in regard to the ever-changing mandates of major studio’s and various investors
  6. Responsible for managing an expansive network within agencies, management companies, financiers, studio’s and other production companies.
  7. Must understandboth the publishing/literary world and relationships with peers within the respective industries
  8. The ability to follow and discern scripts, books, articles and other various IP that would fit within The SpringHill Company’s overallbrand
  9. A passion for feature film and an interest in paving a way towards producing content in the future

The Sr. Manager, Franchise Development is a forward-looking thinker who is passionate about building the future. This function will play a vital role in the development and growth of TSHC’s consumer brands and franchises. Responsibilities
Support development and execution of brand and franchise strategies and operational plansfor TSHC
  1. Support business updates for internal and external partners by coordinating data
  2. Develop clear target demographic segmentation plans for the brands and franchises
  3. Monitor the implementation of each strategy and provide analytical feedback for potential course correction
  4. Analyze marketplace trends and provide recommendations
  5. Identify “white space” opportunities for brands and franchises
  6. Keep a finger on the pulse of topical cultural and lifestyle trends
  7. Identify brand and franchise opportunities to ensure relevancy
  8. Be the central informational hub for all activity against all brands and franchises
  9. Facilitate the creation of brand and franchise informational materials including, content information, marketing plans, social media plans, consumer products information etc.
  10. Create, distribute and maintain communication and sales support tools including fact sheets, pitch decks, hot sheets, sizzles, content calendars, etc.
  11. Manage IP trademark clearances with Legal, and support the education and communication of the rights and restrictions across the company
  12. Coordinate and lead cross-function franchise task forces or team meeting coordination including agenda generation, recap notes/action steps, follow ups.
Qualification Necessary
  1. 6-8 years of relevant experience with an entertainment, digital media or sports organization that actively manages brands and franchises.
  2. Solid presentation skills and ability to motivate both internal and external partners
  3. Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, detail oriented
  4. A high level of discretion and confidentiality in working with celebrities and professionalathletes
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, people oriented, strong collaborator and team player
  7. Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  8. Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Keynote)

CLEARANCE MANAGER, THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Clearance Manager will be a point of contact for clearances matters for series and branded content produced by SpringHill and Uninterrupted.
REPORTS TO
VP, Business & Legal Affairs
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating with SpringHill production teams to generate, track, and compile clearance status reports
  2. Track and follow up with all correspondence regarding clearance permission requests.
  3. Negotiate and document permission or licenses covering the use of thirdparties' protectable elements (e.g. licenses for film clips, video games, internet sites, stock footage, etc.)
  4. Work with production counsel to make fair-use and public domain assessments review scripts (if they exist for any given project) and cuts for compliance with network or brand guidelines.
  5. Work closely with the social and marketing teams to verify that marketing assets comply with all contractual requirements.
  6. Screen dailies for compliance with contractual obligations to ensure that no additional items requiring clearance appear in the production's footage
  7. Collaborate with post-production to ensure all clearance issues are addressed.
  8. Resolving clearance problems prior to release of the show
  9. Review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with all clearance requirements and restrictions
  10. Coordinate processing of clearance license fee payments
  11. Interact with key crew/staff members regarding releases and consents as may be required for use of materials protected by trademark and copyright
  12. Attend production staff meetings with Production leads to discuss and review clearance issues
  13. Advise on any clearance related contractual end title screen credit
Qualification Necessary
  1. 4 years' related experience dealing with all aspects of clearance work, copyright law, trademark law, right of publicity issues and production requirements/budgets
  2. Law degree not required. Paralegal certificate helpful.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DIRECTOR OF POST-PRODUCTION, THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Post-Production is a vital role connecting executive leadership and individual crews. Reporting to the Head of Production, the Director of Post Production is responsible for shepherding all projects through the post production process. They will maintain budgets and schedules for assigned titles and oversee all aspects of the dayto-day post-production process. This role will liaise directly with crews, filmmaker, vendors, and internal stakeholders to stay on top of evolving feature needs to deliver final features on time and within budget parameters. This position will also help to build infrastructure for post production within The Springhill Company.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop post-production schedules tailored to each picture’s delivery requirements and budget allowances.
  2. Maintain budgets and closely monitor show spending to make adjustments based on new bids, timeline and schedule changes, changes in scope of work.
  3. Source, hire, and supervise editorial, sound, and VFX crew based on the needs of the project.
  4. Based on the post production schedule, plan out and assign the tasks to editorial, sound, and VFX crew.
  5. Source vendors, crew and negotiate bids for post production needs worldwide.Vendors may include but not limited to sound equipment rentals, title designers, third party facility rentals for sound editing and lease agreements.
  6. Create dailies workflow for each project at the start of production by assessing the needs of sound, editorial, cameraman, senior executives, producers, and directors. Each project could require multiple workflows depending on the camera or needs/requests of each stakeholder.
  7. Quality control dailies and identify potential issues before distributing to stakeholders.
  8. Oversee planning and setup of cutting rooms, including systems and infrastructure for all post production crew.
  9. Ensure that Springhill’s standards of data security are always maintained when it comes to how Springhill content is distributed.
  10. Liaise closely with the VFX department to track progress but also identify any needs as they pertain to finishing requirements to ensure a picture is delivered by its release date.
  11. Identify and collate content for Marketing & Distribution, Legal Clearances, and Music Administration.
  12. Oversee previews, including determining needs, priorities and setting efficient schedules.Depending on location, ensure projection & screen equipment are compatible and location is secure.
  13. Collate progress reports for senior management on a regular basis.Be able to look ahead to foresee possible issues (i.e. financial risks, budget issues, scheduling conflicts, workflow issues, etc.)
Qualification Necessary
  1. Minimum 5+ years of post production experience in an entertainment environment
  2. 5+ years of experience managing personnel preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of post workflows, including dailies, editorial, sound, VFX and DI
  4. Working knowledge of NLE systems such as Avid, Resolve, Baselight and Adobe applications.
  5. Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  6. Experience with budgeting and scheduling software.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Highly detailed and organized with exceptional initiative, follow-through, and time management skills.
