Responsibilities
  1. Creator: You identify and create white spaces for brands to tell stories, have a voice and bring meaningful moments to the world.

Qualification Necessary
  1. Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field

  3. Brand Strategy backbone/experience/training required
  4. Experience in developing creative ideas connected to overall brand strategy and/or creative brief
  5. Exceptional written and verbal presentation, storytelling and design skills

HEAD OF AUDIO DEVELOPMENT, THE SPRINGHILL COMPANY (TSHC)
Founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter in 2015, the mission of The SpringHill Company is to empower greatness in every individual – from creators to consumers. ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Head of Audio Development that will be responsible for all aspects of the audio creative development process, from concept /pitch through development. This role will collaborate directly with the Chief Content Officer to shape and execute on the future audio strategy for TSHC. The successful candidate will collaborate with creators and creative of all types and consistently cultivate industry relationships.
REPORTS TO
Chief Content Officer
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support the creation of the Audio/Podcast strategy
  2. Work with Production and other counterparts to build and deliver on the audio slate
  3. Maintain communication with podcast talent and producers during all phases of the production process
  4. Seek out and assess proposals, scripts, and pitches
  5. Evaluate the quality of scripts and offer creative feedback
  6. Provide notes on project drafts, outlines, and cuts
  7. Track/recruit/engage with a diverse slate of writers and producers
  8. Work with writers and talent to develop stories and scripts
  9. Reading scripts, listening to audio cuts, and tracking IP for production and development consideration
  10. Evaluate pitches and make recommendations to senior management team based on sellable concepts
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with agents, producers, writers, and distributors
  12. Track competitive projects
  13. Generate cast, writer, and producer lists throughout the development process
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 15 years of development experience
  2. Bachelor's Degree
  3. 5 years of creative executive level experience within audio/podcast industry preferred
  4. Strong overall script analytic skills, clear understanding of story structure and development
  5. Deep understanding of podcast industry and players
  6. Experience in audio and/or development across all genres. A proven track record for driving high quality content
  7. Ability to generate creative ideas for projects
  8. Proven track record of leading teams and enrolling senior leadership
  9. Self-starter who proactively seeks ways of developing his/her/their own skills, while taking direction, support and feedback from senior executives
  10. Maintains the strictest levels of confidentiality and discretion around all activity, in particular in relation to ideas and concepts generated by the team
  11. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for an In-house Senior Copywriter that can create meaningful-idea first-work based on direction. Must be a self-starter able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be a culturally connected and involved person and have excellent abilities for brainstorming and concepting. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative, work independently, as well as be collaborative with the team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Create concepts and write ups for Branded content series
  2. Manage copy-based projects from concept to launch, including having an eye for team touchpoints, milestones, and due dates.
  3. Ideate, develop, and produce copy that has been distributed across email, social, and web channels.
  4. Proofread and to produce accurate and high-quality work
  5. Brainstorming ideas with other members of the creative team
  6. Collaborate in the creation of tag lines for various owned brands
  7. Produce written copy in the form of books, editorial articles, and promotional marketing material
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 7 plus years of Copywriting

The Role
You will act as a key leader and agent of The Robot Company by generating big ‘never been done before’ ideas, crafting compelling strategies and delivering exceptional client service and partnership . You have knowledge of the individuals and brands shaping and driving conversation. You also have your finger on the pulse of culture (music, fashion, lifestyle and sports) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends. In this role, you will lead key client relationships and navigate partnerships to ensure we are unlock full potential of the partnership for both Robot and what The SpringHill Company has to offer.
Responsibilities
  1. DEVELOP big ideas and strategies grounded in Client Partner goals and objectives while marrying Robot’s expertise in sports, entertainment and cultural marketing.
  2. CHAMPION cultural insights and work with/leverage the larger Robot team on application of those insights to drive storytelling around key strategies and ultimately to deliver client solutions.
